Shipping and Returns
*Original artworks, limited edition prints, and other merchandise are all handled differently. Please be sure to read the correct section below that applies to your concern.

Limited Edition Prints:
How long until my order is shipped?
Each print order will be processed and prepared to ship out within 48 hours to 1 week of purchase.
How are prints packaged?
Each print is sealed in a protective plastic bag then rolled up and placed in a shipping tube.
How much does shipping cost?
Each print shipping cost will be added at checkout based on your location.
Can I return a print?
No returns are available for prints. If your print appears to have been damaged in transit please take pictures and email them to jacob@myartisreal.com. In the event your order is verified to have been damaged in shipping you must pay to ship the work back to Myartisreal and we will prepare a replacement once we receive the damaged work.
Original Artworks:
How much is shipping for an original artwork?
Each original work shipping cost will vary greatly on destination and work size. After you purchase a work shipping cost will be invoiced to you over email and once paid the work will be shipped. If you want to request a shipping estimate before purchasing you can contact us via email.
Where do the original artworks ship from?
Original works can come from many different locations. Often they are located in our partner gallery locations or artists studios.
Can I return the original artwork for a refund?
No refund can be offered on the original artwork. If you would like you can have Myartisreal list the work on their website under consignment to be sold on your behalf.
What if a work arrives damaged?
If a work arrives and appears to be damaged take photos immediately and email them to jacob@myartisreal.com. Once the damage has been verified we will work with the artist to provide a solution. We want everyone happy with their original artwork but it is a one-of-one which makes replacement tricky.
