Shipping: 

All works from our online exhibitions will be stored and shipped from the artist’s studio. Some artists offer free shipping while others do not. Each listing description will disclose whether that specific work will have free shipping or not. If the artist does not offer free shipping you will be invoiced separately for shipping cost and once both payments for the work and payment for shipping have been received the artwork will be shipped out. 

Please allow 1-4 days for the shipping invoice to be generated and emailed over. Once payments have been made allow 1-4 weeks for the work to be shipped out. Works are shipping from various artist’s studios and depending on artist schedules can vary in shipping times but as soon as your order is ready to ship the artist will be notified immediately.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and other fees that must be paid by the buyer. Myartisreal LLC and the artist of the work will not be responsible for customs fees VAT or other taxes. These fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Returns:

After completing your purchase of an artwork you have up to 4 days to apply for a refund. Our payment processors (PayPal, Stripe) take out a transaction fee on each purchase. This fee is not issued back to Myartisreal in the event of a refund therefore any refund issued will have these transaction fees subtracted from the refund total. To apply for a refund you must email jacob@myartisreal.com with the subject line mentioning your order number and that you would like a refund.

No refund request or return request will be accepted after 4 days of the order being placed.
