Artist Bio: Chefdoevre Delgado (b. 1993) is a tattoo and visual artist from General Santos City, Philippines where she lives with her husband and two kids. She graduated from the University of the East-Caloocan in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Major in Advertising. Using flat art, Delgado evokes feelings of melancholy, nostalgia, and warmth. She draws inspiration from her emotions and experiences, creating a straightforward message that instantly connects her to the viewer and the viewer to himself.
