About the artist: Baku was founded in 2018 in Sherbrooke. We are a duo comprising Stéphanie Lamontagne and Dominique G. Lemire. Our passion for art emerged at an early age. In our teenage years, Dominique ventured into the world of music while Stephanie pursued painting and drawing courses. Under the guidance of Mr. Daniel Victor, owner of the gallery «Le LAB,» we began to professionally engage with the visual arts as a duo. We have been fortunate to collaborate with local painters, 3D artists, and photographers from Canada and abroad, as well as esteemed artists including Dirty Robot, Mc Monster, Archan Nair, Aeforia, Nikolas Tower, ANIMVS, Jf Lemay, and many others. We firmly believe that the exchange of ideas is essential for our creative growth.
