Show Concept: I got engaged recently and so the concept of love has been on my mind quite a bit. I believe in love and not only love for other humans but for life and of course for art. I fell in love with art by accident, or maybe it was some kinda destiny. I used to not pay art any attention and soon I needed art, I needed to find art each day and observe it, It became fun just to stare at art and try to look deeper and understand it. I love art because it can mean many different things to different people while two individuals might love the same artwork each one’s reasons would be vastly different. Art is an experience beyond its creation, work will carry emotions and meaning and when you hang it in your home you can further experience these emotions. For this show, I wanted to ask each artist what love means to them and how did they fall in love with art and what role love plays in their own works.
